About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Full-Cycle Recruiter to join our team. This is a dedicated position for a dynamic, results-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and can manage multiple roles simultaneously. The recruiter will be responsible for owning the entire hiring process from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding ensuring we attract and retain top talent across the country.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, and offer management.

Candidate Sourcing
- Proactively identify and engage top candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, create recruitment strategies, and provide regular updates on progress.

High-Volume Recruiting
- Handle multiple requisitions at once across diverse departments, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.

Market Insight:
- Stay informed on hiring trends and competitive practices to attract and retain talent effectively.

Candidate Experience:
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and professionalism throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter, ideally in a corporate or agency setting.
Strong track record managing multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
Experience recruiting across multiple regions/countries within the U.S. preferred.
Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written) required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics.
