We’re seeking a highly creative and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to evolve our social presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms. This role will work closely with the Director of Marketing to set strategy and guide its implementation. You will be responsible for overseeing creative content creation and execution for all digital touchpoints, including social, web, and CRM.  This role blends content creation, copywriting, and performance strategy. You will play an integral role in bringing the brand to life, from quick-turn videos and trend-driven moments to campaign storytelling that connects with our current and future clients across our digital portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the execution of the brand’s digital media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms to drive engagement, growth, and awareness.
  • Lead the creation of social content including short-form videos, behind-the-scenes moments, and campaign storytelling for both organic and paid media placements.
  • Possess experience with mobile content capture and editing to step in to develop short-form videos at live events and quick-turn moments.
  • Write and edit compelling, brand-right copy for captions, video text, emails, and storytelling across all platforms. 
  • Provide creative direction giving clear briefs and feedback to our internal team of designers and editors.
  • Manage the social calendar and collaborate with our community management team to optimize consumer experience.
  • Work cross-functionally with influencer, PR, and performance marketing team to align content with promotions and key brand initiatives.
  • Identify cultural moments and trends that ladder up to the brand narrative and resonate with our audience.
  • Track, analyze, and report on KPIs including engagement, reach, growth, and content performance to inform ongoing strategy.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing or social media, with at least 2 years marketing to the U.S. Hispanic audience. Experience at a Legal firm is a plus but not required.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is required to work with both U.S. and Latin American team members and partners.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and short-form content trends is a must, and will be a key attribute of the person in this role.
  • Must possess experience in all of the Social Media Platform Dashboards: Meta Studio, TikTok Studio, etc.
  • Have experience with content creation for Paid Media across digital and social media platforms.
  • Skilled in video editing and creative storytelling, with experience in CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar tools.
  • Strong knowledge of AI and how to apply to marketing campaigns.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to craft sharp, engaging, and brand-aligned copy.
  • Experienced in developing creative briefs, providing direction, and executing end-to-end content.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Confident interpreting analytics and using insights to guide strategy and improve performance.
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Sprout, Hootsuite, and more to manage campaigns and track performance.

You know how to tell stories that move culture forward and drive results. You understand the U.S. Hispanic audience, specifically Mexican culture, to authentically craft marketing tactics that engage them. You’re hands-on with content, fluent in what’s trending, and can seamlessly switch between creating, directing, and analyzing.  You speak Spanish, enough to communicate your point, but can understand it completely.
