As a member of our marketing team, you will be at the center of the firm’s digital transformation. 

 

We’re seeking a highly strategic and experienced Media Manager to lead our Media buying and planning across digital platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms; and traditional media, including radio and television. This role will work closely with the Director of Marketing to set strategy, budget and implementation plan. You will play an integral role in reaching new clients, expanding the brand presence, and driving acquisition while optimizing investment.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Oversee the execution of the firm’s media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms to drive engagement, growth, and awareness; and across all non-digital, offline efforts including radio, and television. The Media Manager is responsible for the end-to-end success of paid media campaigns, from strategic planning through to hands-on execution. This key leadership role within the marketing department requires a blend of expertise in developing innovative media strategies and directly implementing effective buying practices. The Manager will provide strategic guidance, ensure optimal media investments, and drive exceptional results for the firm.

 

 

 

What You’ll Do:

 

  • Manage the full media lifecycle for the firm, from initial strategy, platform nuances, and ad operations (to maximize ROI) to hands-on buying, budget management, and ongoing performance optimization.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive, data-driven media strategies that encompass planning, execution, and optimization across digital platforms to achieve lead generation and return on investment goals.
  • Oversee media plan execution, proactively identifying opportunities to improve performance, troubleshooting issues, and working closely with creative to optimize content.
  • Create deliverables such as quarterly decks and performance recaps, and monitor campaign performance to derive insights and implement data-backed optimizations.
  • Lead and mentor a Media Analyst, fostering growth, a collaborative culture, and high-quality work.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing Strategy, Creative, Project Operations and Tech) to develop media strategies.
  • Maintain relationships with platform representatives and develop platform, publisher, and brand partnerships.
  • Experience and knowledge of the U.S. Hispanic audience and Spanish media.

What You’ve Got:

 

  • 3-5+ years of media agency experience managing and executing across digital platforms
  • Experience buying and planning across multiple digital media channels with depth in a majority of the following:
    • Social: Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, and Google (YouTube)
    • Programmatic Display/Video 
    • Publisher/Partner Direct
    • Digital Audio (Spotify, Pandora, etc.)
  • Knowledge and experience with offline media buying including Spanish Radio and Television.
  • Fluency with analytics, attribution, and measurement systems (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and recommend effective solutions.
  • Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely, and distill actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to provide constructive feedback, advocate for the team, and deliver kind candor.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrates a collaborative, empathetic, and proactive approach, building strong working relationships and fostering a positive team environment. Understands the importance of listening, valuing diverse perspectives, and supporting colleagues to achieve shared goals.
  • Exhibits a drive for continuous learning, improvement, and innovation, readily adapting to new technologies, industry trends, and evolving client needs. Embraces challenges as opportunities for professional development and seeks out ways to enhance skills and knowledge.

Please note that this role requires to be onsite five days a week.
