Learning & Development Specialist
We’re looking for an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to join our Learning & Development team. You'll play a key part in ensuring the successful execution of our Learning & Development programs and People initiatives. You'll be responsible for managing learning content development, overseeing project timelines, and maintaining accurate program data to drive informed decision-making. Strong organizational and communication skills will be essential as you lead performance review processes and support various initiatives across the People team. This position requires a detail-oriented and proactive approach to ensure our programs are effective, engaging, and aligned with business goals. This role will report directly to the Senior Manager, Learning & Development.
YOUR ROLE WILL CONSIST OF:
- Assist with the planning, execution, facilitation and content development of our People Programs
- Lead the process for creating guides, eLearnings, one-pagers, and other learning assets in support of learning programs.
- Maintain analytics for Senior Manager, Learning & Development, including managing survey data, attendance records, invite lists, and content usage.
- Provide input and recommendations on L&D strategy and projects based on data from session feedback and internal surveys.
- Create and manage the communications for L&D programs
- Own the project management process for our Performance Review Cycles, ensuring we meet deadlines and have a seamless execution.
- Provide support for various People & Places Team projects as needed
YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU HAVE:
- 3-5 years of experience in learning and development, facilitation, program management, or related roles.
- Advanced project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Knowledge of instructional design and performance management concepts preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in data analysis using google sheet or Excel tools (pivot tables, XLOOKUP) and being able to analyze and present findings via Google Slides or PowerPoint, et al. tools to business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills required

The annual base salary compensation range for this role reflects US market pay data within this location. The exact compensation offered for this role may vary depending on specific location and job-related knowledge, technical skills, and experience; and is only one part of our Total Rewards philosophy to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
Remote US: Base Salary Pay Range
$87,000 - $120,000 USD
