Customer Marketing Apprentice, Advocacy

We’re looking for a Customer Marketing Apprentice to join Algolia for a 2-year apprenticeship program starting no later than September 2025. As part of our global Customer Marketing team, you’ll help share and amplify the success of our customers to drive adoption and growth. You'll work closely with teams across Customer Success, Sales, Product Marketing and Marketing Operations to support initiatives that build strong relationships and deliver measurable impact. This role is hybrid role (3 days in office) based in Paris but reports to our team lead based in San Francisco, with teammates distributed across different timezones so clear communication and comfort in a global team are essential.

YOUR ROLE WILL CONSIST OF:

  • Help create and publish customer stories and testimonials
  • Support customer outreach and follow-ups with the Customer Success team
  • Contribute to customer advocacy programs and our growing community of customers
  • Assist in managing the Customer Hub and related content
  • Help produce and host customer events, webinars, and masterclasses
  • Monitor and manage customer review platforms (e.g., G2, TrustRadius), including tracking badges and review campaigns
  • Ensure customer logos and references are used properly and compliantly
  • Keep advocacy documentation organized and up to date
  • Assist with customer marketing campaigns and special initiatives

YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU HAVE:

  • Enrolled in a Master's program in Marketing or related field and looking for a 2-year apprenticeship
  • Fluent in English and French, both written and verbal
  • Strong communicator, confident interacting with customers
  • Experience in Marketing, with a focus on any of the following: campaign strategy and campaign management, customer advocacy and customer expansion, content marketing, and/or live and on-demand event management
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Ability to interpret data, extract insights, and drive campaign improvements
  • Organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment
  • Comfortable working on a globally distributed team
