The Field and Partner Marketing Manager is an energetic, creative, result-driven member of our Revenue Marketing team that helps build and execute our field and partner marketing programs with the direction from their manager. They work closely with Sales, Marketing and many other teams to create experiences that delight, inspire and educate our enterprise audiences, bring our brand to life and help expand our reach.

 

Working closely with Sales, Demand Generation, Marketing and many other teams, the Field and Partner Marketing Manager will be key in building a world class field and partner marketing program, expanding & ensuring smooth execution of our high-touch and 3rd party events, but also a key part of developing/scaling new ideas and programs.  They will also be the key interface with the sales teams and act as a primary contact to address questions and inquiries regarding marketing related activities.

YOUR ROLE WILL CONSIST OF:

  • Execute field and partner marketing programs and events in NEMEA region (UKI, Netherlands, Nordisc) as defined by the marketing strategy developed through collaboration across Revenue, Demand Gen and Partner management teams to drive pipeline and support Marketing OKRs.
  • Work closely with the xDR/Sales and other cross functional teams to ensure MQLs are followed up appropriately, timely and aligned to the messaging of the campaign.
  • Track the performance of the campaigns (accounts, pipeline, engagement) and feedback so as to adapt and optimize future events or activities.
  • Produce, Track and Manage projects from concept through completion: identify opportunities / events, define strategy and goals, get stakeholders buy-in.
  • Manage vendors, source speakers and audiences, create event briefs, email templates, coordinate travels & lodging  and manage the local team in execution, follow up and nurture.
  • Working with Field and Partner Marketing, Sales Leaders and other Marketing teams Identify new activities and bespoke events such as executive breakfasts/dinners, webinars/online live events, customer-led events.
  • Working with our strategic tier one vendors’ partner marketing teams to develop and deliver joint campaigns to promote the partnership and drive demand.
  • Coordinate demand generation that targets key strategic accounts, working closely with the ABM team on messaging, themes and invites.
  • Partner closely with members of the PR, Content, Product and Design teams on marketing collateral for driving pipeline.
  • May perform other duties as assigned. 

 

YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU HAVE:

  • B2B Field and or Partner Marketing experience, ideally in a B2B software company.
  • 4+ years of experience on the UKI market
  • 3+ years of experience working with or for a Tech company or a B2B company in a regional marketing role
  • Experience in planning a range of events, conferences and webinars for multiple audiences
  • Good communication, written, and presentation communication skills. 
  • Deadline focus and attention to detail in the execution of a variety of event formats.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-growing workplace, can multi-task, be flexible when priorities shift, manage the demands of Sales teams, anticipate problems and plan contingencies. 
  • Able to develop plans based on field market data.
  • Has some experience working with Marketing automation tools and analyzing data from customers database like Salesforce, Marketo etc.
  • Willingness to take ownership and be held accountable.
  • The aptitude for continuous learning and development.
  • Has some understanding of digital marketing tactics and best practice.
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills and someone who thrives in a team working environment and sharing of ideas.
  • Inspiring and strong positive personality with a can-do attitude – fun to work with.

 

OPTIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Additional Language speaking would be a plus 
  • Ability to Travel - 20%
  • Preference for candidates with experience at our current stage and beyond (over 10,000 customers, $50-300M ARR range, high growth, lots of change and building internal infrastructure).
  • Good understanding of working with the Google Office Suite
  • BS or BA in marketing, communication, business or related area of study. 
  • Project management  and Agile Marketing skills with tools such as JIRA, etc
