We are looking for a 2 year apprentice contract as Digital Marketing Specialist, based in Paris, with a passion for demand generation marketing, who combines creative and organization skills, interested in joining a global marketing team and contributing to our high growth. The position reports to the Demand Gen Marketing Director. You will collaborate with a multi-player team, working in an agile scrum framework. You’ll get to learn about multiple channel tactics, strategies, platforms and tools. 

 

This role is exclusively open to students in an apprenticeship program in Master (programme d’alternance Master ) of minimum 18 +months , ideally 2 years.  We won’t take into consideration candidates who do not specify the school and their apprenticeship program.  Ideal part time would be 3 weeks at Algolia and 1 week at School.

 

YOUR ROLE:

As part of the Digital Marketing team, you will gain hands-on experience across Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and B2B digital activation in an international environment.

Account-Based Marketing 

  • Support the ABM program and work closely with a Senior Digital Marketer on strategy and planning.
  • Contribute to the setup and execution of ABM campaigns in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Learn how to analyze ABM performance using tools such as Demandbase and LinkedIn.
  • Help identify optimization opportunities based on campaign results to support the pipeline target achievement.

Digital campaign execution

  • Support the Digital team with day-to-day campaign operations: ad uploads, UTM tracking, A/B tests, and ongoing optimization. 
  • Get exposure to multiple digital channels, depending on business priorities:
  • Display advertising (Programmatic, Google Display Network)
  • Newsletter sponsorships
  • ABM platforms (Demandbase, AdRoll, The Trade Desk)
  • Paid Social (LinkedIn, Meta, X, Xing)
  • Content syndication programs (Marketo, Salesforce)

Reporting and performance analysis

  • Contribute to monthly and quarterly digital performance reporting across all digital activation programs with the objective to increase our Return on Ad Spend and contribution to pipeline creation. 
  • Learn how to work with advanced analytics and BI tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, ThoughtSpot, and Hex.
  • Support analysis on:
    • Campaign performance trends
    • Content and ad performance by channel
    • Landing page performance
    • Account reach and engagement
    • Monthly LinkedIn Account Engagement metrics

Documentation and operational support

  • Help keep reporting documentation up to date on the team’s internal knowledge base (Confluence).
  • Support the review and proofreading of translated marketing assets.
  • Assist with quality checks for French and German marketing content.

 

YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU ARE:

  • It is required that you are enrolled in a two-year apprenticeship program Master’s degree in Marketing 
  • Curious, creative with an analytical mindset
  • Comfortable combining ideas with data and analysis 
  • Interested in working with international, fully remote teams and learning how global marketing organizations operate
  • Eager to learn fast on a wide range of marketing skills, tools, and channels.
  • Able to work simultaneously on various projects
  • Detail-oriented, methodical, and interested in developing strong project management skills
  • 100% fluent in English: Excellent spoken and written English (English is the working language) 
  • French or German language is a plus 
  • Comfortable working with Excel and basic data analysis
  • Interested in joining a fast-growing marketing team and learning in a high-performance environment
