Account Executive, New Logo
About the Role
The Ireland Account Executive, New Logo is a sales agent who performs extensive prospect and potential client research across the EMEA region while helping solve customers’ compliance issues and concerns to achieve the best possible solution to their needs. In this role, you will effectively sell focused company services to a targeted customer base across multiple verticals and build great working relationships with the new customers. You will also demonstrate the benefits of A-LIGNs services, resource availability, and internal software/processes, concisely detailing all prices, offerings, project plans, and company background to customers.

Responsibilities
- Identifying high potential business verticals to develop and execute outbound sales strategies to engage them with A-LIGN
- Defining and communicating the specific benefits of A-LIGN appropriate for each customer, with significant focus on building a high quality value proposition to meet their business needs
- Effectively managing your sales pipeline and deals, utilizing our sales process and playbook
- Turning inbound demand into closed new business to meet and exceed targets
- Communicating and coordinating with internal support teams to deliver solutions
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing new tools and processes
- Developing and maintaining excellent knowledge and understanding of A-LIGN's business, offerings, competitors, and industry
- Guiding prospects through the sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, which can involve negotiating prices and terms
- Immediate and frequent interaction with inbound leads
- Expectation to be in Galway office at least 2 days a week
- Expectation to travel 10-15% of time to meet prospects and partners
Minimum Qualifications
EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree
- Dynamic, high-energy sales professional with new logo sales experience, ideally with a cybersecurity background
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and intent
SKILLS
- A high degree of motivation to meet and exceed sales targets
- Entrepreneurial spirit / eagerness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to meet deadlines and structure your time in an efficient and proactive manner
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Additional European languages would be an advantage
- Exceptional Salesforce rigour to enable you to manage a substantial business pipeline
- Strong Communication and Intrapersonal Skills - the ability to build rapport, articulate ideas clearly, and present information persuasively is crucial
