Junior Attorney
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Legal Counsel to join our growing legal team. This role is ideal for a motivated legal professional looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international environment. As the Junior Legal Counsel, you will support the legal department by reviewing contracts, managing the legal inbox, coordinating legal intake, and forwarding tasks to the broader legal team.

Responsibilities
- Conduct initial reviews of NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and other commercial agreements for compliance and risk assessment.
- Monitor and triage incoming legal requests and communications.
- Forward legal tasks to appropriate team members based on subject matter and urgency.
- Maintain and update the legal intake system to ensure timely and accurate processing of requests.
- Assist with document management, filing, and other administrative duties as needed.
- Work closely with internal departments (Sales, Finance, HR, etc.) to support legal needs.
Minimum Qualifications
EDUCATION
- Law degree from an accredited university in Bulgaria or the EU.
EXPERIENCE
- 1–3 years of legal experience, preferably in contract law or corporate law.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Experience with legal intake systems or task management tools preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
