Campaign Manager
About the Role
The Campaign Manager will lead the development and execution of global marketing campaigns that drive pipeline growth and brand engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a data-driven mindset to optimize performance across channels.

Responsibilities
- Work both independently and collaboratively to build and execute campaigns globally.
- Own reporting for campaigns and programs across the business, including sales and marketing performance, feedback loops, and actionable insights.
- Continuously optimize campaigns by identifying opportunities for improvement; apply a strong test-measure-optimize approach.
- Drive communication intra-team and cross-functionally around performance insights, campaign calendars, and status of campaigns at the tactical and channel level.
- Provide project management and oversight for key initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Maintain ownership of campaign calendars and performance tracking to ensure visibility and accountability.
- Deliver execution support as needed to drive program success and meet KPIs.
- Build and manage Salesforce lists and segmentation; create dashboards and reports to track campaign effectiveness.
- Use advanced Excel skills to analyze performance data and inform strategic decisions.
- Work closely with revenue operations team to establish reporting needs and gain support on analytical requests to deepen understanding of performance
Minimum Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing and campaign management.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce for segmentation, reporting, and dashboarding.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and performance tracking.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Creative and analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Deep understanding of marketing channels and tactics in order to build frameworks for performance.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or other related field
EXPERIENCE
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing and campaign management.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce for segmentation, reporting, and dashboarding.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and performance tracking.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Creative and analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Deep understanding of marketing channels and tactics in order to build frameworks for performance.
