Align is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support our rapidly growing Data Center Solutions business. This role will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting across a variety of mission-critical and data center positions, including project management, procurement, HPC cabling, BIM, electrical, mechanical and field operations roles.
As a Recruiter supporting Align's Data Center Solutions business, you will partner with hiring managers and business leaders to identify and attract talent across a range of technical and operational disciplines. This role requires a thoughtful and consultative approach to recruiting, balancing business priorities with a strong candidate experience. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple searches while building strong relationships across the organization.
This position offers the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of the data center industry and support the teams responsible for delivering mission-critical infrastructure projects.
- This is a full-time salaried position offering competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, paid time off, paid training, and performance-based bonuses.
- This position is based in Plano, Texas and follows a hybrid work schedule. Periodic travel may be required to support hiring events, office visits, industry conferences, and business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance for technical, construction, engineering, and operations-focused positions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, define candidate profiles, and establish effective hiring strategies.
- Develop compelling job descriptions and recruitment marketing content.
- Conduct recruiter screens, manage candidate communication, and facilitate offer negotiations.
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Strategic Talent Acquisition
- Build talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill data center roles.
- Utilize creative sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, industry associations, referrals, and market mapping initiatives.
- Identify and engage passive candidates within the data center, mission-critical construction, engineering, and technology sectors.
- Provide market intelligence regarding talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive hiring activity.
Partnership & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
- Proactively communicate hiring progress, risks, and recommended actions to business leaders.
- Facilitate intake meetings, interview calibration sessions, and post-interview debrief discussions.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Proven ability to recruit technical, engineering, infrastructure, or professional services talent.
- Experience supporting multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sourcing skills and experience identifying passive candidates.
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to influence hiring decisions through data, market insights, and recruiting expertise.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
