@LifeatALKU as an Accounts Receivable Administrator:
The purpose of the Accounts Receivable Administrator is to maximize cash flow and reduce the accounts receivable delinquency. This person will reach out to clients to bring in the money as quickly and efficiently as possible, work effectively with all necessary internal departments, and establish and maintain effective communication with a client base.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Review aging reports weekly and follow up with clients in a consistent, timely manner on all outstanding balances over 30 days (or specified payment terms).
- Provide customer service regarding collections issues.
- Resolve client discrepancies and short payments.
- Host and participate in monthly aging reviews.
- Assist Cash Department with unidentified payments and payments on account.
- Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with client base, sales and billing teams.
- Monitor client credit and run credit checks as needed

- Experience with Microsoft Excel is a plus.
On Site Requirements:
In office 3 days a week
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Education and Experience:
Entry Level, 0-2 years
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Prior collections experience is a plus.
