Billing Intern

Billing Intern Job Description:

The billing intern will provide support for each member of the billing team as needed. They will complete various administrative tasks. They complete these by utilizing tools such as Microsoft Office, Bullhorn One, Client Portals, among others. The Billing Intern will be responsible for various tasks that will help facilitate the efficient operation of the teams and the company.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Help identify and resolve bill rate discrepancies with client invoices.
  • Receiving purchase orders and inputting information into Bullhorn and Burn Report
  • Working with Account Managers and clients to ensure sufficient purchase order funding
  • Submit invoices into client portals.
  • Develop excel sheets containing client/consultant data.
  • General support of administrative tasks as needed.
  • Working with Account Managers and clients to ensure sufficient purchase order funding
  • Creating invoice adjustments based on purchase order funding

In the office 3 days a week 

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Education and Experience:

Rising college junior or senior.
