Workplace Operations Intern

**Office is located in Charlotte, NC. Requires to be in office Monday-Friday**

Compensation: $15 per hour

The primary focus of the Workplace Operations Intern is to represent ALKU at the reception desk in the Charlotte office while providing general administrative support to the Workplace Operations team. The perfect candidate will be an organized problem solver who is excited to own the reception desk and administrative duties.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Greeting incoming guests
  • Maintain kitchen stock & cleanliness
  • Maintain inventory for office supplies and office needs; restock as needed
  • Create external shipping labels
  • Fulfill company catering orders
    • Set up and break down of Charlotte office catering orders
  • Handle office inquiries related to the office building, office vendors, etc.
  • Perform administrative duties and projects as needed
  • Being a champion of ALKU culture in the Charlotte office

On-Site Requirements:

Required to be in the office M-F

Hours: 40hrs/week

It is important that the candidate can be in office for set up and break down potential breakfast/lunch catering orders.
