About the role:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sr. Clinical Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our growing team. This role works closely with the Clinical Recruiter to build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates while ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. In this role, you will assist with sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for clinical positions within Allara Health. You will help ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience while playing a key part in building a world-class team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruitment for defined clinical roles. Includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling candidates with hiring managers, sending offers, and ensuring a smooth transition to onboarding.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication, feedback, follow-up, and updates.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Recruiter to understand current and future hiring needs, and each role requirement, and conduct deep assessments as needed to ensure candidates meet the organization's clinical and professional standards.
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, and other creative innovative strategies like Boolean searches to build pipelines of passive candidates.
- Stay proactive in building relationships with passive candidates for long-term recruitment needs.
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified clinical candidates for current and future openings.
- Maintain candidate information, application statuses, interview feedback, outcomes, and offers in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other utilized applications,
- Maintain knowledge of the healthcare industry and emerging trends in recruitment.
Qualifications:
- 2 or more years of experience in full cycle, high volume, clinical recruitment, ideally with a start-up.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced interpersonal skills.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools. Greenhouse experience is a bonus!
- Proven ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
- Strong teamwork and collaborative skills.
