Women's Health - APRN (CA license) - Telemedicine

We are looking for Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRN) to help provide comprehensive care to our patients including diagnosis, treatment, and management of chronic and acute conditions.
Our patients are choosing Allara because they want an ongoing relationship with an empathetic provider who understands what they are going through. This is not a role to simply write prescriptions, you’ll have an opportunity to build strong relationships with patients through video visits and ongoing check-ins.
What You'll Do
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care
- Complete training and adhere to company guidelines and policies
- Engage in preventative care and health promotion to enhance patient well-being
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Commit to a minimum of 20 patient-facing hours per week on the EMR conducting consults, answering patient questions, prescribing medication, and providing medical guidance as necessary
Qualifications
- Board certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
- Minimum of 2 years of current and consecutive practice experience as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) treating women’s health patients with chronic conditions such as Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), Insulin Resistance, Metabolic Syndrome, Obesity, Hashimoto's Thyroiditis & Hypothyroidism, Endometriosis, Menopause Transition & Menopause, and more in an ob-gyn setting
- Ability or experience operating as an independent provider
- Excellent written and verbal communication with an emphasis on clarity and compassion
- Strong “webside manner”
- Dedication to providing evidence-based care
- Strong computer skills, including the ability to simultaneously navigate multiple screens
- Experience using text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools
- An active state license in California
