Senior Product Manager, Clinical

About the Role
In this role, you’ll drive the product strategy for how our providers and support team work with our technology to deliver the highest quality patient care. You’ll create and execute a roadmap to help drive both business and clinical outcomes, working closely with partners on the Clinical and Operations teams. The ideal candidate is passionate about solving real health challenges through technology and has the product management chops to plan, execute, and iterate efficiently. They should be very comfortable working closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders across the business.
Hybrid (NYC): We value in-person collaboration and aim for at least three days per week in our NYC office, with flexibility as needed.
What You’ll Do
- Create and execute a roadmap to improve care delivery- find efficiencies, improve the user experiences, and explore tool capabilities for our providers and other internal stakeholders to use
- Collect and analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to drive prioritization and decision making
- Enable visibility, alignment, and collaboration between Operational, Clinical, and Product teams to ensure a best-in-class patient experience
- Work closely with different provider specialties and support teams to understand their workflows and needs for care delivery
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering partners to execute your roadmap
- Conduct user testing as needed to understand the provider and support team’s experience and needs
Who You Are
Required Qualifications
- Experienced builder: At least 5 years of full-time experience in a product role
- Empathetic and user-focused: You want to create an incredible healthcare experience for our members, starting by giving providers the tools they need to deliver high-quality care
- Experience in a healthcare environment and familiarity with clinical tools and workflows
- Fast-paced and detail oriented: you can move quickly without missing the small stuff in the process
- Very comfortable working closely with engineering and design teams
- Comfortable analyzing data and making data-driven decisions

- A deep understanding of clinical and/or patient support workflows
- Familiarity with tools and vendors in the healthcare space, including AI and emerging technologies
