About the Role

We’re looking for a Growth Analyst to join our team at Allara. You’ll play an important role by providing insights to cross functional stakeholders and implementing improvements based on your findings. Through dashboards and ad-hoc analyses, you’ll help teams understand our growth data and use our BI tooling to answer questions on their own. You’ll pull insights from a variety of sources with an eye towards meaningful growth strategy and impact. You’ll contribute to Allara’s data culture by sharing your learnings and finding new ways. The ideal candidate is passionate about solving real health challenges through data and technology. 

What you’ll do:

  • Establish a strategy for growth and marketing data, determining what sources and tools our team will use to gather and visualize insights
  • Implement growth strategies that support Allara’s expansion goals, working closely with Growth, Product, and Engineering teams
  • Translate data into insights and recommendations, contributing to the product roadmap with ideas to improve and optimize our growth efforts
  • Develop and maintain growth/marketing dashboards and reports, providing valuable insights to the team
  • Proactively monitor business metrics, ensuring the quality and accuracy of data in reports, and providing actionable insights into fluctuations
  • Contribute to the improvement of analytical infrastructure by enhancing data structures and self-service instruments
  • Define requirements for events and data collection to extract user and product insights

Who you are:

  • Outstanding analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into business insights & recommendations
  • At least 2 years of experience working with Growth/Marketing analytics, ideally within a consumer environment
  • At least 1 year of experience working collaboratively with product & engineering teams in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Strong reporting and data visualization skills, and experience in guiding data interpretation with varied audiences
  • Experience with tools such as Metabase, Amplitude, or similar
  • Experience with AB testing methodologies and tools
  • Strong SQL knowledge (experience with Snowflake is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a compliance driven domain (HIPAA, PCI or others)
  • Comfortable managing inbound requests from multiple sources, prioritizing requests and managing stakeholders. 
  • Experience with ETL frameworks and define logging needs in partnership with Data Engineering 
  • Experience with CRM analytics
  • Experience working with Git
