Performance Creative Strategist| NYC Hybrid

About the Role
We’re hiring a Performance Creative Strategist to lead the development and optimization of direct-response ad creative that drives patient acquisition. This role will bridge the gap between creative and performance, turning data into actionable insights, testing new ideas rapidly, and scaling what works. You'll work closely with Growth, Brand, and Design to make creative a core lever for lowering costs and improving conversion rates. Your work will directly influence how we grow efficiently and tell our story to the right audiences.
Hybrid (NYC): We value in-person collaboration and aim for at least three days per week in our NYC office, with flexibility as needed.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a high-velocity creative testing roadmap across Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels.
- Translate performance data into clear, creative insights and hypotheses for new ad concepts.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and media buyers to produce and iterate on direct-response assets.
- Identify and scale top-performing creative themes, formats, and messages
- Own creative briefing, testing structure, and post-launch analysis to drive more efficient patient acquisition.
Who You Are
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a performance creative, growth marketing, or paid social strategy role with a focus on direct-response.
- Proven ability to translate data into actionable creative direction and performance insights.
- Experience developing and testing ad creative for Meta, TikTok, or other visual paid channels.
- Strong understanding of growth metrics (e.g., CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR) and how creativity impacts performance.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills, especially when working with designers and media buyers.
- Familiarity with tools like Motion, Pencil, or creative analytics platforms to assess ad performance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using AI tools for creative ideation or production (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, etc.)
- Background in consumer health, tele health, or regulated industries with creative compliance constraints

Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to: candidate experience, education, certifications, and skill set.
