Whether it’s a pickleball club managing court time, a coworking space handling memberships, or a nonprofit coordinating programs, AllBooked helps operators streamline operations and unlock new revenue streams.

Our platform supports:

  • Space and resource scheduling

  • Automated bookings and availability management

  • Integrated payments and invoicing

  • Membership management (new)

  • Reporting, usage insights, and operational controls

We’re building the operating system for real-world spaces — empowering organizations to grow, get organized, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Role Overview

We are seeking an Account Manager whose primary responsibility is revenue expansion across our existing SMB customer base. This is a quota-carrying upsell role, not a traditional customer-success or support-driven AM position.

Your job is to:

  • Proactively identify and close upsell opportunities

  • Drive adoption of AllBooked’s newest product lines

  • Increase monthly and annual account revenue through consultative discovery and targeted upgrade conversations

  • Educate customers on how AllBooked’s expanded capabilities can streamline their operations and reduce manual work

You will own a portfolio of accounts, but your focus is not troubleshooting or support — it’s pipeline generation and deal closure within the existing customer base. You’ll partner closely with Sales leadership to execute expansion plays, run outreach sequences, deliver product demos, and consistently grow your assigned book.

This role is ideal for someone who loves selling, thrives on outbound motion, and excels at uncovering value inside customer relationships.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Own a revenue expansion quota by upselling

  • Build a proactive expansion pipeline across your assigned customer accounts

  • Conduct consultative discovery to understand customer workflows, pain points, and revenue opportunities

  • Deliver targeted product demos and walkthroughs to showcase new AllBooked functionality

  • Track customer usage and identify signals for upsell or feature adoption

  • Execute outbound sequences and run upgrade campaigns within your book of business

  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and CS to ensure a cohesive customer experience

  • Maintain accurate CRM updates, forecasts, and pipeline health

  • Handle discussions including pricing, term adjustments, and upgrade structuring

About You

  • Sales-driven mindset with a passion for upselling and expansion

  • Strong communicator who can educate, influence, and close

  • Consultative, curious, and skilled at asking the right questions

  • Comfortable running outbound motion inside an existing account base

  • Organized and able to manage a high-volume SMB portfolio

  • High urgency, high ownership, and disciplined with follow-up

  • Coachable and eager to refine sales skills

Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years in Account Management, BDR/SDR, Expansion Sales, or related SaaS selling roles

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets

  • Strong presentation and product-demo capabilities

  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred)

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Experience selling to SMB customers is a strong plus

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary, benefits package, and paid time off

  • Hybrid in Boston

  • Fast-growth startup environment with autonomy and ownership

  • Direct access to Sales and Executive leadership

  • High-performance, supportive culture — move fast, win big

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.

How do you know if you have a disability?
