AllBooked by Skedda is our business unit focused on businesses monetizing their venues. Our customers include athletic facilities, studios, creative spaces, event venues, community centers, and coworking spaces. Role Description:

Our VP/General Manager of AllBooked is seeking to partner with a driven and collaborative Product Marketing Manager to ensure we are positioned effectively in the market and resonate with our target audience, heavily contributing to our growth and success! In this role, you will shape how our products are positioned, communicated, and adopted by customers. You’ll work closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales to craft compelling messaging, launch new features, enable the sales team, and ensure our value resonates with customers across expanding markets and channels.

In this role you will:

  • Lead new feature rollouts, from launch to communication to driving adoption
    • Create and execute launch plans, coordinating across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Support
    • Segment customers and tailor communication strategies to maximize engagement
    • Develop messaging and communications across channels (email, webinars, in-product messaging, etc.) and coordinate the logistics for launching it
    • Partner with Product to develop documentation and enablement materials (e.g., sales/support training, help center articles)
    • Ensure Sales team has the materials and demo environments needed to effectively showcase new features
    • Measure feature adoption and identify opportunities to improve engagement

Day-to-Day: 

  • Develop a deep understanding of our customer base through data - watch sales and customer calls, look at venue setups, review customers’ websites, interview customers/prospects, etc.
    • Clearly define AllBooked’s varied personas and their pain points, value propositions
    • Translate customer insights into fresh messaging that resonates
    • Coordinate updating all marketing materials (website, emails, ads) to reflect updated messaging
  • Competitive research and positioning
    • Update analysis/assessment of key competitors 
    • Conduct deep product analysis to understand strengths and weaknesses
    • Create enablement material (e.g., battle cards) that empower Sales with stronger talk tracks for the top competitors
    • Own the demo environment, and ensure it follows best practices
    • Create basic decks for our sales team 
  • Data analysis on feature adoption
    • Track feature adoption and customer engagement using Metabase dashboards
    • Analyze per-venue impact for marketing materials
  • Strategic initiatives 
    • Conduct pricing and market research
    • Deliver quarterly product and market analyses
    • Own AllBooked Product onboarding for new employees 

Qualifications for this role:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in product marketing
  • Experience in marketing B2B SaaS products, preferably to SMB and/or middle markets
  • Excellent storyteller with a background in product marketing and an emphasis on positioning, content/messaging, and sales enablement
  • Excellent writer and communicator with the ability to create high-quality sales and customer-facing content, including web content and presentation material
  • Have a strong understanding of product marketing concepts, approaches, and tools, including (but not limited to) market sizing and segmentation, persona definition, competitive positioning, pricing, packaging, product launches, and market research
  • Energized by the opportunity to build a key contributor defining the future of work!
  • Proactive and “owner” with demonstrated ability to tackle both large and small projects with minimal oversight
  • Experience with self-serve, product-led growth (PLG) motions
