Senior Revenue Systems Manager
Allego is a rapidly growing SaaS technology company in the Boston area and creator of the market-leading Revenue Enablement Platform. Our technology helps Go-To-Market teams build the skills and access the knowledge they need to succeed in every selling situation.
Allego is the only revenue enablement platform to be named a Leader in both the Forrester Wave™ and the inaugural Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Revenue Enablement Platforms.
Not only are we growing quickly, but we’ve also been recognized as a top place to work by The Boston Business Journal, The Boston Globe, and Inc. Magazine. In addition, Selling Power named Allego one of the 50 Best Companies to Sell For in both 2025 and 2026.
What You'll Do at Allego:
The Senior Revenue Systems Manager owns the architecture, integration, and roadmap of Salesforce and the broader GTM systems stack, roughly a dozen connected platforms spanning CRM, customer success, marketing, revenue operations, and finance. The role spans four areas: platform architecture and data integrity, cross-system integration, reporting and analytics infrastructure, and end-to-end ownership of major systems initiatives. It sits above the team's day-to-day, tier-1 system-support function (routine account, ownership-field, and access administration on Salesforce and adjacent tools); this role designs and governs the systems that tier-1 support operates within, rather than performing that transactional work directly. It supports Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, and Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Architecture & Data Integrity: Own Salesforce platform architecture (configuration design, automation, and the security/permissions framework) and extend the same architecture ownership to ChurnZero. Sets the standards and structure that tier-1 system support (routine account creation, ownership-field updates, and access provisioning across Salesforce and adjacent tools) operates within, and serves as the escalation point for issues beyond that layer.
- Platform Architecture & Data Integrity: Design and maintain the data model and integrity rules across account, opportunity, and lead records (deduplication logic, ownership-reassignment workflows, and segmentation structure) that tier-1 support executes against day to day.
- Cross-System Integration: Manage and troubleshoot integrations across the connected GTM systems stack (HubSpot, Nooks, UserGems, Outreach, RingLead, NetSuite, Power BI, Zendesk, Jira, and Timely), owning the integration-user and connected-app architecture as tools transition off individually licensed seats. Zendesk and Jira are integration partners in this footprint; platform administration for each stays with its own team.
- Reporting & Analytics: Build and maintain the standing dashboard and reporting infrastructure for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps leadership (pipeline, churn, campaign, and account-health tracking) using Power BI and native Salesforce reporting, distinct from ad hoc report pulls handled at the tier-1 support level.
- Program & Initiative Ownership: Lead major cross-functional systems initiatives end-to-end (e.g., CPQ rollout, forecasting standardization, role-hierarchy redesign, new-tool rollouts such as Nooks and UserGems) from scoping through adoption.
- Program & Initiative Ownership: Design and launch new operational workflows that span multiple teams (e.g., the new-customer/new-system creation process across Support, Sales, and Customer Success).
- Program & Initiative Ownership: Act as product owner for Salesforce and the broader GTM systems stack: maintain the roadmap, prioritize requests, and manage stakeholder intake.
- Partner with executive stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, and Services to define business requirements and translate them into scalable systems solutions.
- Ensure governance, documentation, and best practices across administration, integration, and reporting work, including the standards tier-1 system support follows.
Experience You'll Bring to Allego:
- 7-10 years experience in Salesforce administration and business systems management, ideally including ownership of a broader multi-system GTM stack (customer success, marketing automation, ERP, or BI tools) rather than Salesforce alone, with demonstrated experience operating above the transactional, tier-1 admin layer: architecting solutions and setting standards rather than performing routine record maintenance directly.
- Proficiency in Salesforce declarative development (flows, automation, custom objects).
- Experience managing and troubleshooting integrations across a diverse toolset (e.g., NetSuite, marketing automation, customer success platforms, sales engagement/prospecting tools, BI reporting).
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-month, cross-functional initiatives from scoping through adoption, rather than only configuring requested changes.
- Strong program management and stakeholder engagement skills across departments (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance).
- Ability to balance tactical configuration and support load with long-term systems strategy and roadmap ownership.
- Salesforce Administrator certification required; CPQ experience a plus.
