Sr. Manager, IT Services
Allego is a rapidly growing SaaS technology company in the Boston area and creator of the market-leading Revenue Enablement Platform. Our technology helps Go-To-Market teams build the skills and access the knowledge they need to succeed in every selling situation.
Allego is the only revenue enablement platform to be named a Leader in both the Forrester Wave™ and the inaugural Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Revenue Enablement Platforms.
Not only are we growing quickly, but we’ve also been recognized as a top place to work by The Boston Business Journal, The Boston Globe, and Inc. Magazine. In addition, Selling Power named Allego one of the 50 Best Companies to Sell For in both 2025 and 2026.
The Sr. Manager, IT Services reports to the CFO and is responsible for ensuring Allego’s employees and business have the reliable, secure, and efficient technology they need to operate effectively.
While Allego is headquartered in Waltham, MA, this role is responsible for IT services and support across Allego's global employee base, spanning multiple time zones, and should expect to accommodate needs outside standard Eastern-time business hours.
This is a highly hands-on role for someone who enjoys both setting direction and getting into the details. The Sr. Manager will own Allego’s corporate IT environment, including end-user technology, SaaS applications, hardware and asset management, vendor relationships, IT budgeting, and the delivery of day-to-day employee support.
Allego operates in a primarily cloud-based SaaS environment, with Google Workspace and OneLogin as key components of our technology stack. The ideal candidate has experience supporting a similarly sized SaaS organization and understands how to build an IT function that is efficient, scalable, and appropriate for a company without a large physical office or data center footprint.
This role also supports Allego's broader security and risk management efforts, including participation on the company's security/risk governance committee, helping ensure corporate IT practices align with company-wide security and compliance standards.
The Sr. Manager will work closely with Allego employees, business leaders, external service providers, and software vendors. Our employees are the customers of the IT organization, and this person will be responsible for ensuring there are no gaps in service while also developing a longer-term vision for how Allego’s IT capabilities should evolve as the company grows.
This role is best suited for a resourceful, customer-oriented doer who is comfortable operating independently, managing vendors and budgets, mentoring others, and stepping in directly when something needs to get done.
