Job Title: DGRS Junior Action Officer
Clearance: Public Trust Required upon application
Location: hybrid delivery in D.C. 2-3 days/week
Education: Minimum degree - Master's Degree
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Track new initiatives across the agency; work with leadership teams to implement new tools
- Support executive communications across the agency
- Track tasks and items to completion; develop new reports
- Support administrative duties such as taking meeting minutes, scheduling meetings, etc.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in strategic planning and/or performance management
- Previous experience in project management, process design and facilitation, and executive communications
- Previous experience in designing and implementing processes and SOPs
- Strong proficiency in M365 and Atlassian
- Background in health policy and/or biomedical research
