Job Title: DGRS Junior Action Officer  

Clearance: Public Trust Required upon application

Location:  hybrid delivery in D.C. 2-3 days/week

Education: Minimum degree - Master's Degree

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Track new initiatives across the agency; work with leadership teams to implement new tools
  • Support executive communications across the agency
  • Track tasks and items to completion; develop new reports
  • Support administrative duties such as taking meeting minutes, scheduling meetings, etc.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in strategic planning and/or performance management
  • Previous experience in project management, process design and facilitation, and executive communications
  • Previous experience in designing and implementing processes and SOPs
  • Strong proficiency in M365 and Atlassian
  • Background in health policy and/or biomedical research
