Team Overview
As the Paid Media Manager, you are a vital part of the Communications Team. In this role, you will report to the Marketing Manager and manage the media buying opportunities for advocacy and marketing. You will be responsible for ensuring paid media projects are successfully planned and executed while contributing to the organization's growth via paid media strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch.
- Develop and implement brand strategies that align with ADF’s target audience.
- Ensure a consistent brand identity across all digital channels in ad copy and visual elements.
- Work cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization.
- Work alongside Direct Response to optimize paid media fundraising strategies for the highest ROI.
- Provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders.
- Define, measure, and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs.
- Build out media buys for various ad platforms and oversee the day-to-day execution of paid media.
- Oversee and manage the overall budget for paid media.
- Conduct in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping, and audience targeting.
- Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies.
- Report on paid media strategy performance against benchmarks, KPIs, and ROI using tools like Excel and Looker Studio.
- Manage paid media vendors, guiding strategy and holding them accountable to defined KPIs.
- You will be asked to perform related duties or special projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or internet-related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing and paid media.
- Experience with Pay Per Click (PPC) campaign strategy and execution – Google, Bing, Yahoo, Google Grant.
- Knowledge of digital fundraising and identifying CTAs that elicit action from a digital audience.
- Knowledge of Front-end/back-end SEO principles.
- Vendor management experience.
- Ability to analyze data to make strategic decisions and optimizations.
