- Work in close collaboration with external consultants on brand repositioning launch and other ventures.
- Serve as a strategic advisor and thought partner to the CEO on all matters related to external voice and visibility.
- Provide executive oversight for thought leadership, communications strategy and opportunity, media positioning, and crisis communications.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 15+ years of relevant experience in strategic communications, brand, marketing, or external affairs.
- Proven track record building and leading teams in a mission-driven, advocacy, legal, or values-based environment.

- Demonstrated success in managing large teams through change and integration.
- Visionary and integrative leader who can unify messaging and build cross-functional alignment.
- High EQ, collaborative spirit, and ability to navigate a high-performing executive culture.
- Talent magnet who can recruit and retain top-tier creative and strategic professionals.
