Team Overview
As the Event Assistant, you will report to the Events Manager, support internal teams with pre- and post-event preparation and administrative tasks, and coordinate in-house events at the Lansdowne office.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Events team with pre-event logistics, operations, client coordination, and administrative tasks.
- Research vendors and coordinate orders for catering, snacks, and beverages for events.
- Maintain and track event supplies and manage print materials for multiple events simultaneously.
- Assist internal teams with event preparation and coordinate in-house events, including support for larger office events.
- Manage attendee data entry and track event participation and attendance.
- Deliver high-quality customer service by addressing issues and providing effective solutions during event planning and execution.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the year.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of event or administrative experience.
