Team Overview
In this role, you will report to the Director of Donor Engagement and will be responsible for the planning and execution of ongoing multi-channel campaigns designed to engage and retain current ADF donors. You'll coordinate, execute, and monitor multi-channel telemarketing campaigns and regularly assist in expense tracking to ensure projects are on budget. You'll be at the heart of our team's efforts to inspire generosity and motivate our audiences to invest in something bigger than themselves.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with direct mail cultivation campaigns. This may include scheduling, proofing, invoicing, or coordinating a project.
- With the supervision of the Director of Donor Engagement, partner with Marketing Operations to execute regular gift receipting. Proof the receipt copy and coding for accuracy and provide direction when required.
- Work closely with the Director of Donor Engagement, internal teams, and an outside agency to ensure direct mail projects are executed, timelines are adhered to and expenses are tracked.
- Regularly report campaign results to the agency and internal digital marketing team to ensure they have the data needed to make informed recommendations.
- Manage the internal supply of mail samples, setting up and maintaining files, and distributing to team members when requested.
- Assist with the data preparation process for various fundraising efforts.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Understanding of unique communication techniques to specific donor audiences.
- Ability to communicate both orally and in writing on a highly professional level to a variety of constituencies, including internal team members and other departments, freelancers, and agency partners.
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and proven project management skills to prioritize and achieve deadline goals.
