Alliance Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our growing team.

Responsibilities 

  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming products and shipments.
  • Store and organize products using RF scanners and first in first out procedures.
  • Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Load and unload products safely and accurately.
  • Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies to immediate supervisor.
  • Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
  • Inspect product to ensure saleable condition with acceptable code dating.
  • Perform cycle counts, stock rotation, and restocking as needed.
  • Keep warehouse and storage areas clean, organized, and safe.
  • Follow company safety procedures and applicable GMP requirements.
  • Work with warehouse team members to support daily operations.
  • Manage inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
  • Perform other warehouse duties and cross-train as needed.

Requirements

  • 2 - 4 years of warehouse, shipping, and receiving experience.
  • 2 - 4 years of Forklift and reach truck experience
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
  • Basic math, writing, computer, and Microsoft Office skills, to include email and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately handle products and inventory.
  • Perform daily cycle counts and participate in annual inventory count.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to follow established safety procedures and safe lifting practices.
  • Full-time availability with occasional overtime work based on operational needs.
  • Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.

Preferred Skills

  • High School diploma/GED
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry
  • Reach Truck experience 
  • RF handheld experience

Pay Rate: $24.00 - 26.00/hour CAD
