
Media Associate

This is a remote position reporting into our Los Angeles, CA location. We will be prioritizing candidates that are based in the Los Angeles, CA area.

While AGM has deep roots in entertainment, our team in Los Angeles also works with clients across tourism, hospitality and cultural institutions. We partner with experience-driven brands to build and execute digital media strategies that connect with audiences and drive measurable results.
What you’ll do:
In this highly competitive entry-level role, you’ll advance your analytical mindset to learn how to build paid media strategies. We’ll show you how to plan and activate digital marketing campaigns that produce real results, and start you on a career ladder leading to leadership within a few years as you build your skill sets and client experience. This position is focused exclusively on paid media execution — managing digital advertising campaigns in platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and others. You’ll work with data, budgets, audiences, campaign pacing, and reporting.
Please note that this is not a role in organic social media, influencer marketing, or content creation and does not consist of doing influencer outreach, brand content, or community management.
Your qualifications
- 1+ years of experience executing paid media campaigns in Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, or Google Campaign Manager highly preferred
- An interest in applying analytics to real-world marketing problems, including demonstrated advanced use of Excel functions
- University degree with qualitative coursework
- In lieu of a degree, completion of training and/or certification in programmatic or paid social advertising platforms
- Passion for travel, pop culture, theater, or other entertainment also helps!

Details:
- Salary: The annual salary range for this full-time position is $45,000-$55,000
- Benefits: This position will be eligible to participate in the standard benefits offered to full-time employees of Allied Global Marketing (medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability and life insurance as well as 401k, paid parental leave, and Flex PTO). We also offer 10 company paid holidays.
