Construction Consultant

Los Angeles, California, United States; Newport Beach, California, United States

If you love getting into the details of a loss, building estimates that hold up when a carrier pushes back, and being the go-to technical voice on a claim, this is the role for you. You'll own the technical work end to end, from the first inspection through the carrier's final response.

At Allied Public Adjusters, our mission is a world where every property loss is settled truthfully and equitably. Since 1997 we've worked on behalf of policyholders to demand what's right, and we're deliberate about the claims we take on, focusing on losses complex enough to warrant real investment: time in the field, deep investigation, and construction expertise most firms don't bring to bear. That's where you come in.

As our Construction Consultant, you're the technical authority on the claim. You investigate the loss in the field, build the Xactimate estimate, and defend both when they're disputed, across water, fire, and related structural damage. You work hand in hand with the Public Adjuster, who owns the claim strategy and the client relationship, so the scope and estimate you produce become the foundation the whole case is built on. You're the point of contact for estimating, from investigation through final negotiation.
