Service Coordinator - Hybrid

We are Aspire Living & Learning, a non-profit human services agency making a meaningful difference in the lives of adults and children with autism and other disabilities.

The Service Coordinator at Aspire Living & Learning plays a vital role in overseeing services provided for up to 30 individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities and connecting the individual with services and supports needed to live fulfilling, meaningful, and independent lives. You will ensure compliance with regulations, and support improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of services provided.

Hours: M-F 8a-4p, some flexibility. Some on-call tasks required

Salary: $48,000-50,000

Our ideal candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience working in human service field.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and have satisfactory background checks and driving record checks.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of person-centered principles, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based practices in supporting individuals with disabilities.
  • Knowledge of relevant state and federal regulations, including Medicaid regulations, and experience navigating regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and electronic health record systems preferred.
