Insurance Sales Operations Manager, P&C
As an Insurance Sales Operations Manager at AWL you will be responsible for ensuring all operational needs of the P&C policy sales team are met. This includes training content and planning, sales team systems and technology, designing and maintaining team metrics, creating and managing sales scripts and workflows, product selection and collateral, and creating sales support process workflows and requirements.
General Responsibilities:
- Design, maintain and monitor team performance metrics (working with Director of Operations, Technology and BI teams)
- Leverage analytics to help leadership improve performance, productivity, profitability, and quality
- Collaborate with Customer Success to achieve lead and call volume team objectives
- Create and manage sales process, script, quoting platform, CRM and telephony through collaboration with Sales Leadership and Technology
- Optimize team performance by managing call assignment strategy on calls purchased by the agency
- Collaborate with carriers on sales process and new business sales performance
- Work with agency and AWL leadership to meet strategic goals and execution targets
Reports to Director of Operations.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated track record of leading a sales operations function or team
- Proven track record of achieving objectives and leading others
- Excellent listening and comprehension skills with attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills, organization, and data management to support team productivity
- Demonstrably strong data analysis skills
- Strong desire to win in the marketplace and achieve excellent results against challenging goals.
