SUMMARY
Are you a Certified Salesforce Application Architect with experience in the Wealth Management Industry? Allworth Financial is seeking an Architect to design, develop, and implement critical business solutions to enhance company performance. This is an opportunity for an experienced Salesforce Architect to join a rapidly growing company that values its employees and their contributions.
This is a full-time, exempt, hybrid or remote position.
The base salary range for this role is $120,000-$150,000 per year. In addition, we also provide generous benefits to all our full-time employees.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and implement critical business solutions to enhance company performance in Wealth Management.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions using various methods including interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, and scenarios.
- Design adaptable and scalable solutions that meet current business needs and can be leveraged to address future needs. Create data flow diagrams and process flow diagrams to facilitate better system understanding.
- Analyze business processes and design scalable solutions to increase operational maturity.
- Provide strategic guidance for the Salesforce.com platform, identifying and proposing innovative capabilities.
- Lead and oversee testing efforts to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Drive business stakeholders toward consensus and decisions.
EXPERIENCE
- 5 + years of hands on Salesforce Configuration
- 3+ years of hands-on design, coding, integration, and deployment experience (Apex, LWC, SOQL) - Required
- Salesforce Certifications REQUIRED (Application Architect AND/OR Platform Developer 2). Please include your Trailblazer URL AND relevant credential ID’s.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using REST APIs
- Strong experience with Managed Packages, Connected Apps, Named Credentials, etc.
- Financial Services Cloud (FSC) experience preferred
- Mastery of Salesforce Flow Builder/Orchestrator required
- 2+ years Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Lightning Experience
- Experience working with wealth management or financial services companies preferred
