Product Marketing Manager, Insurance & Coverage

Alma is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to support our Insurance and Coverage product teams, reporting to the Product Marketing domain lead.

In this role, you’ll shape how providers and clients engage with our insurance, coverage, and billing tools—ensuring providers can seamlessly navigate eligibility, claims, billing processes, and payer integrations, while clients gain clarity and confidence in using their coverage. Your work will play a key role in driving adoption, improving provider and client experiences, and reinforcing Alma’s position as a trusted partner in navigating insurance.

As Alma expands its insurance offerings, you’ll ensure alignment across product, operations, payer relations, customer success, and sales. You’ll translate complex topics into clear messaging, actionable insights, and effective enablement materials for both internal teams and external audiences. If you’re detail-oriented, thrive in cross-functional collaboration, and love solving complex problems, we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, enhancements, and adoption campaigns related to insurance and billing tools.
  • Craft clear, compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with our customers, ensuring they understand the value of our insurance and billing-related offerings.
  • Collaborate with product, operations, payer relations, customer success, and sales to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve insurance and billing-related issues, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform product strategies, drive differentiation, and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and optimize educational and enablement materials to equip internal teams and customers for success.
  • Measure the success of product marketing efforts using KPIs and data-driven analysis.

Who you are:

  • You have 1-3 years of experience in product marketing, ideally in B2B2C, healthcare, fintech, or SaaS environments. Experience with insurance, billing, or claims processing is a plus.
  • You are an exceptional communicator who can distill complex topics into compelling narratives and deliver clear, persuasive messaging to diverse audiences.
  • You are detail-obsessed, with a keen eye for accuracy and a commitment to getting things right.
  • You are eager to dive deep into complex workflows, mastering nuances and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • You relish collaboration and are known for your ability to build relationships and drive alignment in a broad and diverse organization.
  • You are proficient in using data and insights to inform decisions, measure impact, and drive meaningful outcomes.
  • You demonstrate high growth potential and are adept at managing multiple priorities, ensuring strategic focus while maintaining flexibility.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, navigating new challenges with creativity, resilience, and context-switching along the way.
