
Senior Strategic Planner
The Senior Planner is responsible for the consumer relevance of the brand communication strategy and for the mining of meaningful insights. They will partner with all discipline to develop disruptive ideas at all points of customer contact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participates in strategy development initiatives for existing clients and new business.
- Monitors and interprets cultural and social trends relevant to clients’ business.
- Attends focus groups, contributes to analysis and development of implications and recommendations.
- Helps develop accurate and insightful conclusions from research data and presents strategy and direction to the client.
- Crafts creative briefs, contributes in providing clear persuasive briefings to Creatives and remains an active contributor throughout creative development.
- Represents the consumer in client meetings. Involved in all advertising communications through consumer research and dialogue with research vendors, account management and Creatives.
- Participates in the recommendation and implementation of research that will aid in the consumer insight and strategy process.
- Participates in the design and monitoring of questionnaires and topic guides.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Several years of high-level experience
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A or B.S.) from a four-year college required.
- Has ability to read and interpret information from a variety of sources, such as trade journals, research reports, white papers and cross-tabulated survey data, social listening tools.
- Has ability to produce well-written research reports, presentations and results to clients and agency.
- Has ability to define problems, collect information, establish facts and draw valid conclusions based upon information furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
