OVERVIEW
As the Retail Operations & Communications Intern, you will play a supporting role in the Retail Operations team, gaining hands-on experience in store communications, operational processes, and cross-functional collaboration.
At Alo, our in-office collaboration and culture is one of our greatest assets, we believe in being together to build strong team partnership and cross functional team relationships, this position requires you to be full time in office.
The Alo internship programs starts June 9th and ends August 1st. Interns will be working 40 hours a week at our Beverly Hills HQ.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in creating and distributing engaging store communication materials to all markets in the required language.
- Organize and maintain the store communications library at a global level, creating a go-to resource hub for retail teams across the world.
- Support the rollout of new retail operations programs, spending time in stores to ensure smooth execution.
- Gather feedback from stores to improve processes and enhance the associate experience.
- Help ensure key retail operations resources are clear, accessible, and up to date.
REQUIREMENTS
- Currently pursuing a BA in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
- Comfortable working with Powerpoint and Graphic Design tools such as Canva.
- Interest in retail operations, communication and problem-solving.
The compensation for this position is $25 per hour.
