Your Role:
 
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. This role will primarily focus on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our non-technical roles, including back-office shared services (Finance, Accounting, Administration, HR, etc.) and Operations within the fast-paced and regulated fintech environment. The ideal candidate will also provide support for engineering roles as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. This role requires a strategic recruiter who has a proven track record of end-to-end recruitment, progressive career growth, and a deep understanding of the fintech industry. Experience in global hiring is essential.

Things You Get To Do:
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, for non-technical and operational roles.
  • Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage with top talent through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and industry-specific resources.
  • Fintech Expertise: Leverage your understanding of the fintech industry and its regulatory environment to identify and attract candidates with relevant skills and experience.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders across various departments, providing expert guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Global Hiring: Utilize your experience in global hiring to source and recruit talent from diverse geographical locations, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
  • Engineering Support: Provide recruitment support for engineering roles as needed, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to adapt to varying hiring needs.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics, providing regular reports and insights to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Compliance: Maintain compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment function.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Who You Are (Must-Haves):
  • Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably within the fintech or regulated industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring for non-technical roles, including back-office shared services and operations.
  • Strong understanding of the fintech industry and its regulatory landscape.
  • Experience in global hiring and sourcing talent from diverse geographical locations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Progressive career growth showing increased responsibility.
