Role Description
We are looking for a Sales Enablement Analyst to support Alpaca’s Broker API division and Broker Sales team. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Product, Solutions, Marketing, Compliance, and Operations to ensure our sales team is equipped to win, launch, and grow sophisticated broker-dealer and fintech partnerships.
The Broker API business serves global broker-dealers, fintechs, exchanges, and large-scale partners with complex onboarding, regulatory, and integration needs. As Sales Enablement Manager, you will operationalize how we sell, educate, and scale — ensuring the team has the right materials, processes, messaging, and training to drive revenue efficiently.
Things You Get To Do
- Own Broker API sales enablement strategy
- Build and maintain core sales assets.
- Ensure product updates are reflected in sales materials and internal education.
- Standardize how product GTM materials are rolled out internally.
- Improve Broker API sales process clarity
- Document and refine the end-to-end flow from inbound lead.
- Clarify positioning and qualification criteria to reduce internal friction and misrouting.
- Partner with Sales leadership to define qualification standards, stage definitions, and CRM hygiene.
- Support complex enterprise deals
- Help orchestrate cross-functional coordination for high-impact broker deals requiring solutions, compliance, and integration alignment.
- Create internal briefing templates and deal review processes for strategic accounts.
- Enable revenue visibility & performance tracking
- Partner with RevOps to improve reporting on Broker Sales team activity and pipeline health.
- Identify bottlenecks in onboarding, due diligence, and go-live transitions and propose operational improvements.
- Drive cross-functional alignment
- Work closely with Marketing on Broker API-specific GTM, PR, and partner launches .
- Coordinate with Product and Solutions to ensure Sales is educated on roadmap, constraints, and positioning.
- Ensure internal documentation reflects the real support and escalation model for Broker API partners .
Who You Are (Must-Haves)
- 2+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Strategy, or B2B fintech sales.
- Experience supporting enterprise or API-based products, ideally in brokerage, capital markets, or fintech infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of complex B2B sales cycles involving compliance, onboarding, and technical integration.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — you can translate product complexity into clear, compelling narratives.
- Proven experience building and maintaining sales collateral (decks, one-pagers, battlecards) and structured GTM processes.
- Data-driven mindset; comfortable working with dashboards and CRM reporting.
- High ownership and comfort operating in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
Who You Might Be (Nice-to-Haves)
- Background in brokerage infrastructure, clearing, custody, or broker-dealer operations.
- Experience supporting global expansion and partner launches.
- Exposure to both high-touch enterprise sales and API-first product-led motions.
- Experience working closely with Solutions Engineering or Technical Account Management teams.
- Prior startup or high-growth fintech experience.
