Role Responsibilities:

Based in Paris (with potential travels within Europe), you will carry out consulting engagements or manage projects for prestigious clients, leaders in Asset Management (Asset Managers, Private Banks, Investor Services Providers) in areas including:

• Strategy
• M&A Integration
• Review of Operating Models
• Evolution of Organisations
• Digital Transformation
• Operational Benchmarking
• Change Management

 

Senior Manager

• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks
• Developing know-how recognised by the major players in the financial industry and participation in the growth of the leader in Asset Management consulting
• Staying abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business
• You will also participate in the development of the firm's practices (such as Operations or Investments), various business management areas (e.g.: Marketing or Recruitment) and commercial development.

Role Requirements (Skills, Experience and Qualifications):

 

• A minimum of 8 years proven experience in consulting, acquired within a leading consulting firm
• Experience in projects focused on Target Operating Model, Business Processes or Regulatory review in some of the following areas: Compliance, Distribution, CRM, Portfolio Management & Risk Management, Middle & Back Office, and Outsourcing
• High exposure to projects covering regulations for Asset Managers and Management Companies including topics such as AIFMD, UCITS and ESG/SFDR
• An understanding of the main Challenges and Regulations impacting Asset Managers and Management Companies. Technical knowledge of the investment funds would be an asset
• First-class communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills with an excellent command of Microsoft Office
• Proven track record in client relationship development. This should include examples of client account support/management and preferably geared towards supporting business development/sales initiatives. Robust network of clients he/she has previously worked for
• Strong expertise in slides structuring and story lining
• Stakeholder management and influencing skills – with clients, colleagues, and junior team members
• Solution-oriented attitude with ability to manage complex projects
• Focus on team achievement, not just individual goals
• Strong academic background from a top-ranking business school or engineering school
• Fluency in English (at a C1+ level) and French (at a C1+ level)
• Eligible to work in Paris
• Willingness to travel
