Role Requirements:

We are looking for high-performing candidates who are eager to make a difference from day one and fulfil the below requirements:

• At least 1 years of proven experience in the consulting or projects gained within a leading financial institution or consulting firm
• Bachelor/Master’s degree (or equivalent), with diverse academic backgrounds welcomed
• Fluency in English (both spoken and written) and either French or German
• Display a genuine interest in consulting and the asset & wealth management industry
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and an analytical mindset
• Showcase ambition, proactivity, and an entrepreneurial spirit with a 'can-do' attitude
• Be a team player with a strong sense of teamwork
• Show interest in participating in various aspects of business management, including practices, recruitment, diversity & inclusion, and social initiatives
