Role Requirements:
We are looking for high-performing candidates who are eager to make a difference from day one and fulfil the below requirements:
- At least 1 years of proven experience in the consulting or projects gained within a leading financial institution or consulting firm
- Bachelor/Master’s degree (or equivalent), with diverse academic backgrounds welcomed
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written) and either French or German
- Display a genuine interest in consulting and the asset & wealth management industry
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and an analytical mindset
- Showcase ambition, proactivity, and an entrepreneurial spirit with a 'can-do' attitude
- Be a team player with a strong sense of teamwork
- Show interest in participating in various aspects of business management, including practices, recruitment, diversity & inclusion, and social initiatives
