At Alpha, we work hard to foster a diverse and inclusive environment and therefore we ask all applicants to complete a short questionnaire before we review their application. This helps us better understand the people who apply for Alpha, see how different demographics progress through our hiring process and enable us to do all we can to enable people from all backgrounds to succeed. All of the information shared: is voluntary (we've included a 'prefer not to say' option for every question) and will have no impact at all on the outcome of your application (we only use this data in the form of grouped, aggregated responses for equal opportunities monitoring in our hiring process).
