SimCorp Support Analyst - 12 month contract

We are seeking an experienced SimCorp Support Analyst to join a leading financial institution in Riyadh in a BAU capacity. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting, maintaining, and configuring SimCorp Dimension, ensuring smooth daily operations across the investment platform. This is a hands-on role focused on application support, incident resolution, environment configuration, and user engagement.

Your Role:

• Provide daily BAU application support for SimCorp Dimension, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, and user assistance.
• Manage and maintain SimCorp configuration, including workflows, parameter setups, instrument and portfolio configuration.
• Collaborate with Operations and Front Office teams to support their use of SimCorp across IBOR, ABOR, and other modules.
• Act as a key contact for SimCorp-related queries, liaising with vendors and internal stakeholders as needed.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and support procedures.
• Support small change and enhancement initiatives within the platform, including testing and deployment.
• Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for end users and junior team members.

Your Profile:

• 3+ years’ experience supporting and configuring SimCorp Dimension in a BAU or production support capacity.
• Strong working knowledge of IBOR, ABOR, portfolio/accounting configuration, and data flow within SimCorp.
• Experience working with Sovereign Wealth Funds, Asset Managers, or Banks preferred.
• Solid understanding of financial instruments, investment operations, and lifecycle processing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Degree in Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• Willingness to work onsite full-time in Riyadh (or wider GCC region).
