Role Responsibilities:

We are seeking a motivated Consultant / Manager to support and drive business analysis activities across key transformation initiatives in the Private Banking and Wealth Management domain. The role is ideally suited for candidates with up to 5 years of experience and a strong foundation in delivering technology change projects. Exposure to core banking systems and integration is a strong advantage.

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting and driving business analysis efforts across technology implementation and integration projects in Wealth & Private Banking.
  • Collaborating with F2B business and IT stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document functional requirements across areas such as Order and Execution Management, Portfolio Management, and Credit Operations.
  • Designing functional and technical interfaces between core banking platforms and satellite systems, ensuring seamless integration across the landscape.
  • Translating business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
  • Contributing to solution design, testing strategy, and implementation plans.
  • Facilitating effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Assisting with UAT planning and execution.
  • Maintaining strong client relationships and contribute to a collaborative delivery environment.
  • Supporting knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team where applicable.

 

Role Requirements (Skills, Experience and Qualifications):

  • Up to 5 years’ experience in business analysis or technology implementation projects, gained within a financial institution or consulting firm.
  • Exposure to Wealth and Private Banking clients, ideally in the APAC region.
  • Experience in supporting integration or transformation projects in at least one of the following areas:
    • Order and Execution Management
    • Portfolio Management
    • Credit Operations
  • Familiarity with Avaloq, Temenos (e.g. Transact), Aladdin Wealth, or other Wealth Management solutions such as Triple A Plus, EdgeLab, or Evooq.
  • Ability to analyse complex problems and deliver practical, business-oriented solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across both technical and business teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Business fluency in English.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
