About our European Internship Programme for AWM Consulting:

We believe our programme gives you the opportunity to develop yourself on high profile projects with top clients across the investment management value chain, all while enjoying a wide range of additional benefits:

  • Training: Our comprehensive training spans technical skills (g. Excel modelling and PowerPoint design), soft skills (e.g. time management, effective communication and presentation skills), and consulting expertise (e.g. project management, deliverable creation and stakeholder management).
  • Supervision: During your internship, you will benefit from dedicated mentorship provided by an senior partner from the Top Management who will guide you through your projects and support your development. Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for high-performing candidates who are eager to make a difference from day one and fulfil the below requirements:

  • Be on track to achieve / recently obtained a Master’s degree (or equivalent), with diverse academic backgrounds welcomed.
  • As a requirement, our ideal candidate is currently studying at a top local business school and has completed a preparatory class (post-bac secondary preparatory program)
  • Possess internship experience in a relevant sector (e.g., Consulting, Financial Services, Technology, or Professional Services)
  • Exhibit fluency in English (both spoken and written at C1+) and French native language proficiency
  • Display a genuine interest in consulting and the asset & wealth management industry
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and an analytical mindset
  • Showcase ambition, proactivity, and an entrepreneurial spirit with a 'can-do' attitude
  • Be a team player with a strong sense of teamwork
  • Availability to start Asap

Application Process:

The multi-stage recruitment process is as follows:

  1. Apply with your CV (please indicate the area code for your phone number e.g. +33 for France)
  2. Motivation Interview (30 minutes, virtual) – discussion on your motivation, background, and interest in Alpha
  3. Cognitive Exercise (50 minutes, virtual) – online exercise to be completed in your own time
  4. Case Study (60 minutes, virtual/in-person), including 40-min case study which will be a problem-solving exercise, and 20-min additional discussion on your motivation
  5. Final Round Interview (60 minutes, in person) – with our senior team from Alpha France

Successful candidates will progress through the stages, and our team will inform you of our decisions as quickly as possible between rounds.
