AlphaGrep China is a dedicated RMB asset management platform focused on the Chinese market, serving institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals. We leverage deep expertise in China’s equity and derivatives markets, together with AlphaGrep’s global quantitative research capabilities, to deliver diversified strategies targeting long-term and stable returns.

 

岗位职责 / Responsibilities 

积极开发并维护公司与大中华地区机构投资者（如养老基金，保险公司，资产管理公司，银行等）的投资关系；Manage relationships with an existing portfolio of Institutional investors (pension fund, insurance companies, asset management firms, banks, etc) across Greater China.

主动调研及分析各类客户的个性化需求，整合现有资源，开发及维护各销售渠道，提供基金产品销售方案；Proactively engage clients on conversations around investment themes and outlook, promote the firm's fund product.

与投资经理和后台人员建立牢固的内部关系，以增强我们向客户提供服务的能力；不断寻求流程和服务改进；Develop strong internal relationships with portfolio managers and back-office staff to enhance the delivery of our services to clients; continually seek process and service improvements.

与投资经理和首席执行官制定外展策略；Develop outreach strategy with the portfolio managers and CEO.

管理客户和销售活动信息，跟踪市场同类型产品策略及市场现状并进行分析，例如，定期更新客户的组织结构图，客户计划和简报；Manage client and sales activity information in the client relationship management system, e.g., update organization chart, account plan, and briefing notes by the client on a regular basis.

组织各种线上线下销售活动， 如人脉拓展、商业合作等；Organize meetings, events, conferences, and/or seminars.

 

任职要求 / Qualifications

统招本科以上学历，具有 2年以上相关工作经验；A Bachelor's or Master's degree with 2+ years of relevant work experience.

性格主动，能自我激励，有上进心；以成果为导向；A Self-Starter, Self-motivated individual, with the ability to take ownership to ensure outcomes are achieved.

具备与高级管理层沟通的能力和信心；Proven ability and confidence to communicate with senior management.

具备杰出的人脉建立技巧，能与内部和外部股东紧密协作；Outstanding relationship-building skills and abilities to coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders seamlessly.

优秀的语言沟通能力和人际交往技巧；Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.

能使用相关办公软件，如Word, Excel, PowerPoint等；Proven competency using MS Office applications; Word, Excel.
and PowerPoint.

AMAC证书；AMAC certificate.
