岗位职责 / Responsibilities

制定并落实校园招聘策略，吸引国内高校的顶尖学子；Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies to attract top graduates from China universities.

与高校就业部门、老师与学生组织建立并维护联系；Build and maintain relationships with campus career services, faculty, and student organizations.

组织并参与校园招聘活动，包括招聘会、宣讲会和建联会议；Organize and participate in campus recruitment events, including job fairs, presentations, and networking sessions.

端到端管理各类技术及交易岗位在内的横向招聘工作；Manage end-to-end recruitment for lateral hires across various technology and trading roles.

使用招聘官网、领英及其他专业平台识别并触达合适的候选人；Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and other professional networks, to identify and engage qualified candidates.

在社交媒体平台上发布并管理内容，宣传企业文化、价值观及岗位机会；Create and manage content for social media platforms to showcase the company culture, values, and opportunities.

制定并执行社交媒体策略，吸引人才并提高品牌知名度；Develop and implement social media strategies to attract talent and increase brand visibility.

监控并分析社交媒体数据指标，评估招聘活动效果并根据需要调整策略；Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

通过社交媒体平台与在线社群和潜在候选人建立联系；Engage with online communities and potential candidates through social media platforms.

 

任职要求 / Qualifications

本科学历，修读人力资源管理、工商管理、市场营销或其他相关专业；Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

5年以上校园招聘及横向招聘工作经验；5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on campus and lateral hiring.

对技术及交易类岗位招聘工作有丰富经验者优先考虑；Proven experience in recruiting for technology and trading roles is highly desirable.

在雇主品牌建设与社交媒体策略方面具备深厚经验；Strong background in employer branding and social media recruitment strategies.

卓越的人才寻访及人脉拓展能力，以吸引顶尖人才；Excellent sourcing and networking skills with the ability to attract top talent.

出色的沟通和人际交往能力，能够在各层级建立人脉网络；Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

具备雇主品牌策略制定及执行经验，精通社交媒体运营及创意内容产出；Demonstrated experience in creating and executing employer branding strategies. Proficient in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
