AlphaGrep China is a dedicated RMB asset management platform focused on the Chinese market, serving institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals. We leverage deep expertise in China’s equity and derivatives markets, together with AlphaGrep’s global quantitative research capabilities, to deliver diversified strategies targeting long-term and stable returns.

 

职责 / Responsibilities

向高净值客户推广公司量化策略产品及专属定制方案,主导销售材料(包括尽调报告、策略白皮书等)的标准化制作与更新;Promote quantitative strategies and customized investment solutions to HNW clients, ​lead the standardization and maintenance of sales materials (DD reports, whitepapers, etc).

基于客户需求解读量化策略逻辑、历史回测表现及公司各类产品适应性; Explain strategy logic, backtest results, and product suitability based on client objectives.

协同量化投研团队,为客户定制符合其风险收益预期的产品组合; Collaborate with quant teams to develop investment portfolios aligned with client risk-return expectations.

推动券商、银行等机构渠道的合作落地,统筹并组织相关代销渠道的路演推广工作; Promote the implementation of distribution partnerships with brokers and banks, and coordinate and organized roadshows and marketing activities across these channels.

配合市场与合规团队,参与产品推广、路演材料准备与销售支持; Work with marketing and compliance teams to prepare pitch materials and support product distribution.

 

要求 / Qualifications

统招本科及以上学历,金融、经济、管理等相关专业优先; Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields.

3年以上券商/私募基金/财富管理机构高净值客户或渠道服务经验; 3+ years of experience in HNW client service or distribution at brokerages, private funds, or wealth management firms.

有量化策略路演经验、券商代销经验和高净值客户资源者优先; Prior experience in quant strategy roadshows, broker distribution, and strong client networks is a plus.

持有CFA/基金从业资格证书(需覆盖基金/证券投资咨询)优先; CFA charterholder or valid fund/investment advisory license preferred.
