AlphaGrep China is a dedicated RMB asset management platform focused on the Chinese market, serving institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals. 岗位职责 / Responsibilities

协助BD团队对接各类外部服务机构与合作方（如主经纪商、审计、律所及数据供应商等），并制定战略计划；Assist the Business Development team in liaising with various external service counter-parties (including prime brokers, auditors, law firms, and data vendors), and contribute to the company’s strategic planning;

支持跨境业务拓展流程，包括QFII、结构化产品、衍生品交易流程等文档准备与对接；Support cross-border business development initiatives, including preparation and coordination of documentation related to QFII, structured products, and derivatives trading;

跟进项目进度，协助内部跨部门沟通（投资、开发、风控、运营等）；Track project progress and facilitate internal cross-departmental communication across investment, development, risk, and operations teams;

维护各类统计数据表格、内部资料等基础事务，完成上级交办的其他临时性事务，包括但不限于材料准备、会议安排等；Handle tasks such as maintaining statistical spreadsheets and internal records, and complete other ad hoc assignments from supervisors, including but not limited to preparing materials and arranging meetings.

 

任职要求 / Qualifications

海外留学背景优先，专业不限，金融、经济、管理、法律类尤佳；Overseas educational background preferred; major is flexible, with a preference for finance, economics, business, or law studies.

中英文沟通顺畅，具备较强的中英文读写能力；Strong bilingual communication skills in Chinese and English, both verbal and written.

具备对新工具、新机制和新行业趋势的好奇心与理解力，学习能力强，适应变化快；Fast learner with curiosity about new tools, systems, and market trends; adaptable and proactive in acquiring knowledge;

做事细致、逻辑清晰，有较强责任心与执行力；Detail-oriented, logical, and reliable with a strong sense of ownership and execution

熟练掌握Office（Excel / PowerPoint / Word）, 有数据管理工具使用经验者加分；Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel / PowerPoint / Word); familiarity with data organization tools is a plus.

对量化业务方向有兴趣，有券商、投行、咨询、FA等实习经验者优先考虑；Strong interest in the quantitative finance space; prior internship experience in securities firms, investment banks, consulting, or financial advisory is preferred.
