AlphaGrep China is a dedicated RMB asset management platform focused on the Chinese market, serving institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals. We leverage deep expertise in China’s equity and derivatives markets, together with AlphaGrep’s global quantitative research capabilities, to deliver diversified strategies targeting long-term and stable returns.

 

岗位职责 / Responsibilities

研究量化模型、量化相关策略及资产管理等；
Conduct research on quantitative models, quantitative strategies, and asset management;

利用机器学习、深度学习等数据挖掘方法对历史数据进行研究分析、开发投资模型及策略；
Apply data mining techniques such as machine learning and deep learning to analyze historical data and develop investment models and strategies;

基于另类数据源和海量数据挖掘模型开发新策略；
Develop new strategies using alternative data sources and large-scale data mining models;

设计、实施及部署交易算法。
Design, implement, and deploy trading algorithms.

 

任职要求 / Qualifications

国内或海外顶尖高校，数学、物理、统计、计算机、工程等专业的硕士或博士学位将是一个优势；

Master's or doctoral degree in majors such as mathematics, physics, statistics, computer science, engineering, etc., from well-known universities, is preferred.

熟悉金融市场和数据，具备科研创新能力，对市场有自己的理解；

Familiar with the financial market and data and able to carry out scientific research and innovations with unique insights into the market.

熟练使用 python 进行金融数据分析，有一定的 C/C++经验将是一个优势；

Proficient in using Python for financial data analysis; experience in C/C++ is a plus.

对量化行业有热情，自我驱动能力强，坚定职业发展方向；

Have a passion for the quantitative industry, strong self-motivation, and a clear direction for career development.

乐于接受挑战，勤奋踏实，严谨细致，有良好的沟通协调能力；

Ready to embrace challenges, diligent, down-to-earth, rigorous, and meticulous, and have good communication and coordination skills.

有实盘交易经验优先，个人账户或策略交易均可；

Those with real trading experience are preferred, and either personal account trading or strategy trading is acceptable.
